Blue Water Pools, based in Silicon Valley, in Mountain View, CA was foundedin 1989 by owners Phil and Jesse Cook. We have always built distinctive swimming pools, spas and waterfeatures. We are Swimming Pool Builders, licensed by the California State License Board. Owner Phil Cook, active in the industry today, is a Member of NSPI ( National Spa and Pool Industry Association ), and served as president of the IPSSA ( Independent Pool and Spa Service Association ). Phil personally supervises all projects.
