My 2004 Sundance Cameo above ground spa needed a new spa cover. After 13 years the cover was getting heavy. The vinyl was drying out but was still intact. I bought the spa new and noticed in my spa records that the spa came with an Ideal Spa Cover as the original spa cover. While researching online covers I found out a couple of co-workers recently bought spa covers online. After looking at them I wasn't really that impressed with the quality. I decided to look for an Ideal Spa Cover. I found Ideal Spa Covers in So. Cal and called them but was told to contact Discount Pool Supply. I spoke to Chris and after a few minutes realized that I could get the same quality cover as my original. I ordered the cover on 12/22/17 and it was delivered and received in Reno, NV on 1/12/18. Other than a couple of tears in the cardboard box, the cover was fine. The new cover fit perfect, looked great and was so much lighter. Chris helped me with measuring the cover over the phone and after sending him some pictures felt very confident that my order was going to get me exactly what I wanted. I am really happy with the cover. Sure, I could have bought a cover more locally, or online, but I felt I would just get a cover like the ones my co-workers bought. I'm glad I bought from Discount Pool Supply and dealt with a live person. I was going to buy from an online company but they wouldn't return my calls. Return emails were very impersonal with a note saying to order online. Chris was very helpful.
I like to shop local as much as I can. Chris Graham and associate showed up as scheduled to measure and brought along color samples. One week later, my spa cover was delivered on time, as promised. I am very happy with my cover and with proper care, expect the cover to last may years.
We had to replace an existing cover on an old above ground large hot tub. I discovered this company after reading the positive reviews on the internet.
