Absolutely the best customer service that I've received in a long time. All of my calls were returned promptly and they bent over backwards to come to my house the same day. I received my estimate within two days of their visit; their competitors hadn't even returned my calls at this point. Once I finally did hear back from the other two local glass companies that I was getting estimates from, Triple Crown came in $200 less than one, and $600 less than the other. They were even patient when I had to postpone the install twice. I now have my new rain glass panel installed in my shower and couldn't be any happier with the service, results, and price that I received. After this experience, I won't use any other company.
