There commercial states if your not satisfied you get your money back, we were never satisfied with there work and they refused to give us our money back they were so rude to us worst company ever

They sounded great at the Home and Garden Show. Made an appointment for them to quote a bathtub removal and add a walk in shower. After an hour and a half of hard sale tactics he quoted almost $11,000 and said the price was only good untill he walked out the door then the price would be $16,000. I don't have time for hard sales tactics. He wasted our time and reminded me of a greasy used car salesman. He bosted about all the great reviews the company had and how they don't have any negative reviews.reall y? Facebook, Yelp, Rip-off Report?

My goodness. This was possibly the worst remodeling experience we have ever been through. We've done a few remodeling projects before and they had their hiccups but overall were decent experiences. This remodeling was just ridiculous. We remodeled our master bath. Total gut down to the studs. The salesman lied. He claimed all their contractors work for them. Not true. They do have a few employees but most of their contractors are subcontractors who are busy on other jobs and never available when needed. The project manager we started with was pulled off the job after repeatedly not providing accurate and correct information about the job. The only person we dealt with who seemed to have a clue was a supervisor who had to come in and fix multiple screw ups after weeks of frustration. Nothing was installed correctly. Literally everything that was installed had to be done twice because it was wrong. The tile, tub, shower glass, fixtures, lighting, cabinetry, and backsplash. We had to catch and fight for all repairs to make it right. We will not only never use this company again, we STRONGLY would discourage anyone from using them. Over priced and under delivered. Original estimate of time for completion 4 weeks, original project manager said 2 weeks for completion, actual time of completion 9 weeks.
