I have a small warranty issue that was agreed to be fixed over 4 months ago. I have called many many times and have not been able to get through with many messages left. I have even attempted to speak with people in other departments with no help. This company is the worst for customer service I have ever seen in my 62 years on this planet. I do not recommend.
I had a rescreen of my pool enclosure and they added a covered porch as well. The only part of the job I think was up to par was the screen room addition. However, the sub that did the concrete pad for that did not slope it correctly. Now water pools up in the corner farthest from the drain they installed. They came out 2 times because they did not prep the slab correctly so the finish coat came up. The second time they finished it they agreed to do a knockdown coat on the slab for free. Now that is coming up and they refused to fix it. When they rescreened the pool enclosure they ran 3 panels at a time on the roof instead of doing them individually which I didn't realize until the roof panels started ripping off 3 at a time. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
