KNO just finished a complete tear down of a crummy chain link fence and replaced it with a beautiful privacy fence. Nick was incredible to work with, explaining everything, being flexible, and creating a great custom fence to meet our needs.

I don't even have words for how happy we are with our new fence. Not only are Jeff and his guys a hard-working bunch of true professionals, they went BEYOND above and beyond to fit the idiosyncrasies of our SE Mpls yard. There was no problem they didn't handle, no request they didn't honor. They installed the dog bubble window we bought plus our hose passthrough hardware. They made everything beautiful and even. And they are just the friendliest, coolest guys around. If you are looking for a new fence, LOOK NO FURTHER. It's worth every penny. You won't get a better deal when it comes to the quality, the craftsmanship, or the kindness. 10/10, 5 stars, A+ and every other way I can say: perfect!
In this photo, you can see how they skillfully worked around a horribly large tree root that is exactly where the fence needs to be as well as the weird grade of our yard. The angle looks like a design choice! AMAZING.

It took us a full season to find KNO Woodworks. They were the only company who said they could match the design of our existing fence. (All the other companies offer “custom” fences, but it means choose one of their 3 standard designs!) KNO are true craftsmen! Nick and his crew were great. Everyone we spoke with from their office staff, delivery guy, and installation crew were professional, experienced, and really nice. We are extremely happy with the results. We highly recommend them!

We had been looking for a fence contractor for over a year, before we found KNO Woodworks. I loved working with the company so much, if I needed to have another fence built right now I would hire them again tomorrow. Beautiful design, precise workmanship, fast installation, and a really great, fun crew. Bid was accurate, they asked us for input at every step, and when they were finished, the owner took the time to go over the project and chat with us after two long days of hard work - I am sure he just wanted to go home but it meant a lot that he made that extra effort. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

We just had a backyard fence installed by KNO Woodworks, and it is AMAZING. From start to finish, the whole process felt very personalized and they really listened to what we wanted, rather than just giving us a bunch of cookie-cutter options from a brochure. The result is a lovely fencing system that is both beautiful and functional. Nick was there and followed up with us, from the initial meeting to checking in after it was all done. The crew that came out to work were fun, worked hard, and did a great job with the build, cleanup, and getting our input on design and function as they worked. Colin, the lead builder was awesome. All of our neighbors can not stop gushing over how beautiful our fence is! Best of all, the pricing was very competitive, coming in under what some of the impersonal big box companies bid to us, without any of the details to attention that KNO provides. We are planning to hire these guys again in the future to do additional projects, like a pergola, and would not hesitate to do so!

Okay y’all. I have been trying to figure out the right words to explain how A M A Z I N G this experience was. Our fence obviously looks stellar. Like absolutely wonderful. But our experience? Unreal. I had SO much fun hanging out with Max, Anthony , and Cole- as well as the experience with Nick and Brent. The customer service is unreal, and it’s obvious they hardly have to try. Just fabulous people. Smart, attentive, helpful, funny, and professional, while fun! They talked through every step of the way, listened to our concerns, answered every question, and were so careful with our yard, our home, and our feelings. The best part of it all, was how much fun we had throughout the day. How they managed to get this project done so quickly, while interacting with us? No idea. But they killed it.

Our fence makes us feel like we are in our own cozy grotto! Nick's team, led by Max, demonstrated how a great team who loves their work can be collaborative while giving excellent customer service and unparalleled artistry in the end product. The entire job was completed in 2 days, and has already received multiple compliments from folks walking thru the alley! If you are considering a fence for your home, look no further than KNO Woodworks; you will NOT be disappointed!

When Great Dane Rescue of MN/WI suffered a fire that destroyed part of their fencing these guys stepped up in a big way. Not only did they install a durable fence that can stand up to Great Danes frolicking around, they donated their time to make this happen and were very prompt to get the Dane farm back in commission. For this, they can't be recommended enough.

Nick and his entire team rock. They helped design and install the fence of our dreams late fall! They were communicative, helpful and flexible and understanding when we needed to change our installation date several times due to construction at our neighbors' house. The craftsmanship in the final product is stellar. I can't recommend them enough!

Believe the hype! These 5 star reviews are FOR REAL. If you are considering adding a fence or other type of woodwork for your home, I cannot recommend Nick & KNO enough! They do high-quality beautiful work, are speedy & communicative, and they're fairly priced. We are very happy with the entire process, as well as the final product. Max and his team finished up our new fence yesterday. We are thrilled with the results. The guys were professional, courteous, and extremely good at what they do. It was really interesting to see it all come together and be part of the design process.
