My wife and I purchased new washer and dryer. In an older home we needed to upgrade/ change gas line. Original company could not come out until middle of December. One call to Hoover, they were out with in two hours!!!! Anthony did a fantastic job. He went above and beyond what we needed. Even pointed out other things that could cause issues. Those will be addressed real quick, by Hoover. I highly recommend them.

Very good experience with Hoover heating with Joe Salvaggio. He was kind, courteous, and I thought very knowledgeable. In fact I made an appointment with Hoover Plumbing for a drain check because I thought service was so good. Five stars for Joe.

Matt was amazing he clearly knew what he was doing. He also answered some ancient mysteries for my 1937 home. He offered his services and I first of all said how much will that cost and he said it’s included he looked at all my plugs and fire smoke alarms and let me know what I needed. The price is unbeatable because Hoover recognizes that a lot of people don’t have the financial resources to pay these exorbitant fees that some of these other electrical companies ask for. Their hourly rate or their rate for their services are extremely reasonable for what they’re offering. I will use Hoover for everything for the rest of my adult life for any of my needs in my home. I am being serious this is the first time I called and I have been looking for a company like this for 8 years

in our home fixing backed up toilet/shower in an hour when no one else would come out for over 24 hours! fixed for $89.00!!! was very pleasant, respectful, knowledgeable, and courteous!!! Called them back for another issue a couple a month later. Again, the most pleasant guys to work with came out and fixed the problem for a very reasonable price! calling them again today for yet another project! I'm completely sold on Hoover!!!
We always use Hoover. We are always pleased with the thorough results whatever the issue. Today we had Nathan Byers, a journeyman electrician, take care of us and he was prompt, friendly and explained everything understandably. He is top notch! We love Hoover
Had a water heater installed ($1800) and a yellow has hose for a dryer installed ($425) in the last week. Techs were friendly and knowledgeable, but their pricing is unbelievable. This was a tenant, so the work needed to be done. However, if you want to have work done at a reasonable rate, I suggest looking elsewhere.
The plumber wanted to charge me $400 to fix a $6 part on my toilet. He tried tp convince me that my other toilet also needed repair for a total of $700! I could have bought new toilets for that money! I will never use this company again.
