The name Cliff Ave. Greenhouse & Garden Center may be a bit confusing to some as we are no longer located on Cliff Avenue. It all started with a dream back in 1972. Our original owner started selling tomato plants out of his garage as a part time job until the opportunity came to purchase the greenhouse. We "took root", shall we say, at our original location until the city needed that land to build what is now River Boulevard. Greenhouse & Garden Center opened at its present home on East 26th street.
