I wanted to love Swept Away. Scheduled an initial cleaning and was considering monthly service. Unfortunately I keep finding things they missed while cleaning - rounded top of bathroom tiles, under crib, some baseboards, light fixture, under some end tables. They did a great job making faucets shine and cleaning the couch though. Overall the cleaning was just ok. I called to talk about it and was kind of dismissed. They have a policy to come back out to fix problems within 24 hours. Which they offered to do. I kind of just wanted to trust that it's done right - not have to check their work. We don't really have time to schedule another cleaning. Additionally, the website advertised 10% off if you sign up for emails. I didn't receive the 10% off after signing up. When I asked about it they kind of dismissed that too. Overall the cleaning was ok and the customer service was sub-par. Kind of bummed.
