Lee did not make the correct changes in the system and would not come back out to adjust what they had done that was not working. My highest water bill before Lee worked on my system was approximately $360. the first bill after they worked on the system was over $500!...I can't afford to get another company, so I am going to buy the old-fashion water sprinklers that attach to hoses to water the yard. And, the yard is not covered with brown, dying spots, and many plants in the flower beds are dying. It could not be worse unless they had applied poison to everything in the yard!

Tommy LaLonde was recommended to me by a friend. He specializes in drainage and is well versed in older homes and the special needs they require. Tommy was very responsive and professional from my first email through the whole process. He spent more than an hour at my house taking measurements and detailed notes. He spoke with me in depth after his inspection and discussed what he determined were the issues I was facing and explained what his recommendations would look like. He was very detailed and answered all my questions patiently. Only a few days later I received his written report which outlined everything he had explained to me in great detail. I was able to use his report to better speak with drainage professionals to discuss my home's particular needs.

This was a $69 big deal. It turned out good. They came soon after I purchased the deal. I requested extra work after they came out. As I recall they were prompt and did a good job so I was happy with their service.

The truck pulled up 30 minutes ahead of schedule and I showed the specialist where the sprinkler valve water line was leaking. The area was in front and 3 valves were located in the same area. He stated up front that the whole set would probably need replacing because there was no room to cut out and patch the broken area. It took him and his assistant about 2.5 hours to replace the 3 valves and rewire them. The cost was very reasonable and we will continue to use Lee Engineering for all of my sprinkler system repairs and other irrigation needs.

I think it was okay. He gave me some ideas about what a whole bunch of other stuff would cost. It was fine. I thought the deal was good so I bought it. He seemed competent to do what he was doing.

called Lee Engineering, call was answered promptly and professionally, received an appointment for the next day with information on how labor is charged. the next day the technician called us when we were next on his schedule and provided an approximate arrival time. Technician arrived at the expected time, immediately looked at our problem (sprinkler pipe broken by large tree root), determined what needed to be done and proceeded. Very happy with everyone, from the person answering the phone to the technicians that did the work. The price was very reasonable and includes a senior discount.
