GCC started over 36 years ago cleaning carpets, area rugs and furniture and have expanded new departments over the years. Our general cleaning department opened in 2006 with apartment cleaning; we still maintain that initial cleaning contract today. We clean over 260 kitchens and 520 bathrooms during college move-out every year. Crystal Thompson, owner-operator of GJS, was raised in a small business environment and has continued that entrepreneurial spirit. She also recently launched a carpet spot remover e-commerce site with her parents, Gary & Peggy in 2014 (welovespots.com).

While we're working, we make sure to treat clients' property with respect. For this reason, we bring our own water and remove waste water from the premises. We use Sta-Clene 940 fiber and fabric protector which guards against future spills, stains, spots, and soils. This treatment will help keep stains from penetrating and ruining carpet fibers and furniture fabric. Our carpet cleaning method (Bane-Clene) is recommended by leading carpet makers. This system means that we do not use abrasive brushes or harsh chemicals.

Many leading carpet manufacturers now require their carpets to be cleaned in a certain way in order to maintain their warranty, and they may also have requirements on who cleans their carpets. When you're considering a new carpet, be sure to review carpet warranties before making a selection. Guarantee Carpet Cleaning is an extremely diversified cleaning company. We started out cleaning carpets, area rugs and furniture, and have grown and diversified over the years. About 10 years ago we were asked to place a bid for general cleaning apartments when college students move out each May and August. We worked out the details and have been general cleaning ever since. We subcontract/employ around 40-50 additional people for 2 weeks in August each year. Because of our Christ-centered focus and our desire to make clients top priority, we have excelled in many avenues within Guarantee Carpet Cleaning.
