Everything went well. The only complaint I have is that they promised a new digital thermostat and then later recanted.

The 2 young gentlemen that came out to do the install were awesome. They called to tell me what time they would arrive, worked hard all day to get job done, tested everything and went over the new system with me.

I bought the same exact thing for a rental unit 22 months prior and wanted to add central air to another unit. I already knew that other companies would not be able to come anywhere near what Assurance charges for installs (for units this size), but I looked around anyhow to determine current market prices. I decided not to spend the money at one time for the air and furnace and was going to go with just air for now, but Paul offered me the price from my job 22 months ago and it was an offer I couldn't refuse. You see, they don't need to make special offers or match prices because they are the absolute best price in NE Ohio for this size of unit(s) and this I know from experience and research. In order for them to compete with any price, they had to complete with their own because there would be no one to compare to and being that I was a repeat customer, I was offered a great deal to do both in one shot. I did see the same technicians that were there almost two years before and I like seeing the same faces and continuing to support the same businesses. One of them was Paul's son, John Paul (I think is his name) and he was very patient in explaining the system to me and how to operate the thermostat to the tenant. I remember the first time I booked and I was so worried about getting "surprises" in hidden fees and the like, but the only surprise I got was that there are honest contractors that explain things upfront who would rather have repeat customers and referrals than to get a customer once. Hooray for you... this is one project out of the way and I can focus on the next.

Efficient and very nice. They did it all in one very long day - staying until the job was completed. Assurance is not a "bells and whistles" HVAC company - but they provide quality products and efficient installation - and I trusted them to be in my home. They followed up afterwards, cleaned up well, and the furnace has worked very well since installation with no issues.

Paul was on time, professional and courteous at all time. I saw his ad on Craig's List and contacted him. He gave a very fair price and provided exactly what I requested. Paul installed two brand new DuCane 80% efficiency furnaces and whole house AC units in a duplex I am renovating. He gave me an estimate. I then sent photos and he mildly adjusted the estimate based on the photos and held true to his pricing. Arrived on time and performed services as agreed to. Cleaned up nicely, took old units away. Was very pleasant to deal. I would recommend this installer and plan to use him in the future.
