Bryan came out to check my AC to troubleshoot why it stopped working. He determined the duel capacitor had failed and he could not finish testing the system with that part being bad. I told him I'd prefer to see if replacing that part will fix the issue before I move forward with replacing rhe whole system, but still wanted him to provide a quote just in case, which he did. Bryan was very knowledgeable and didn't try to coerce me into replacing the system once I told him my intentions, which I greatly appreciate.

A star heating and cooling was called to check my heat pump because it wasn’t cooling all of a sudden. They told me I was going to be on a waiting list which I expected. So I didn’t expect them to be around until mid afternoon maybe early evening. They were out within two hours and took care of the problem in a timely fashion and did a great job. I’d certainly recommend them to anybody who needs there cooling checked in this hot weather. Thank you star!
