The two installers were prompt, efficient, courteous, and without a doubt the very best ever. They fully explained everything on the walk through. The clean up, by them, was excellent. After working with Herchenbach staff to determine the right unit and good price for replacing our aged furnace, they quickly gave us an install date. Technicians showed up on time and did a really nice job of correcting a few errors from the original installation and reworking piping and duct work to provide maximum efficiency from the new unit.
