It would be impossible to find anything about this experience that could improve. From the first visit with Chad to the completion by the professional technicians, this has been the kind of experience that creates lifetime customers. To top it off, when we went to pay the bill, there was a most generous and appreciated check for our nonprofit waiting from Denise. Seldom does one wish there was more than a 5-star rating available, but this is the case with Pro Air and staff. They are honest, have integrity, give value, and make their service more of a pleasant relationship than anyone else in memory. Thank you again- Dan & Val and the kids you helped with your donation.
Going to work for chad and Denise at pro air was the best decision I could have made.! From how they treat all us employees to all the training and tools that we need to give the best and honest service to the customer. Couldn't be happier. if you need anything from heating and cooling too electrical ProAir and C&E is the place to call.!
The actual AC installation was fine, but the ultimate outcome regarding price was a bit upsetting. The price quoted included a $220 rebate, but the rebate I received was only $150. The only explanation was the "Nicor changed their rebate" so "it's not our fault." This should be checked fully before including this in a price quote, as it has now turned into false advertising. If a business quotes a price, and a third party is the reason that price changes, it is the customers responsibility or the business' responsibility to "eat" the difference?
