Carpet Police does the best work consistently. And...I don't ever feel like I'm being "upsold". I don't want them to come out here for one thing and try to sell me on other services. This company sticks to their knitting, does the work and I appreciate that. They can handle any stain in my white carpet with no residue. They are polite and respectful.

We had construction in our house for 1-1/2 years. The carpets were filthy and had areas with epoxy and other things caked in. After Carpet Police got done our 16 year old carpets look like new. Every spot is gone! We have used Carpet Police for years and they are the best!! I recommend them completely and unreservedly. Great company who does GREAT work!

We had the carpet police come to our home to clean our tile. Jesus was the tech sent. He did great work, going above and beyond by cleaning the bottom of our toilet and even the bathtub. We will most definitely be calling them again soon.

1st time using Carpet Police and had an AMAZING experience! Noe came out to clean the carpets of where I work (Therapy clinic) all by himself and got rid of the spots we had around the office, smelled clean and sanitized and ready before we re-opened our clinic! Quick to schedule, very professional and pricing was the best deal! Our clinic will definitely be using Carpet Police again! We highly recommend them! Thank you for your great work!

Amazing job on my entire apartment at a great price! The gentleman who came to clean my carpet was very friendly and helpful in addressing any questions I had about care. He even left a bottle of solution to take care of any future problem spots. They place corner guards to protect the walls in my rental, and gave me a pair of shoe covers. The carpet was not left extremely wet and dried faster than I expected with the AZ heat and all of my windows open. Will definitely use this service again unless I decide to move out of my rental.

I have used Carpet Police for several years. At the last visit, Juan showed me how the floor tiles and grout would improve if it were cleaned. I decided to have the carpets, floor tiles and bathroom tiles cleaned. Juan is no longer with them (very sad about that) and a new worker came. The tile floors were definitely cleaner and the carpet was cleaned very well. I was not happy with the bathroom tile cleaning because there is still calcium (white) areas. When I called Carpet Police was very happy to have Alphonso (asked for him) to come and see the tiles. He worked very hard but the areas are still not really as I expected them to be. I would definitely use for carpet and tile cleaning in the house but not in the bathroom.

These guys are awesome. They are punctual, professional, personable, extremely efficient and do a stellar job on our carpets!!! We have used them 3 times, about every 8 months, as we are a foster doggie family and our fur babies have occasional accidents while house breaking. Thank you Carpet police!!! You all ROCK!!

I'm extremely satisfied with my carpets after they were cleaned. It's been about 2 weeks since they've cleaned them about they look amazing.

We had red stains from a spilled jello package and they were able to get them out. I was amazed! Wish I would have taken pictures!

Thought that we were gonna lose our deposit because of them but now we won't be! Cost less than $100 too!
