They are always friendly and very helpful. The price on new unite was cheapest of 4 companies l got quoted. They booked me immediately and installed right away. You also get free one time maintenance included. Since l like dealing with them, l am going sign up monthly to get two maintenances a year with them and get top priority service with in 24 hours if l have issue and 10% off on any work they do. I will highly recommend since other company l had service was always too busy to be book immediately, and even l had major issues! If you want your service fast, l would go with these guys!

Wonderful service from Upton Air and its owner, Matt. Upton Air was my second opinion on a furnace issue, Matt spent a great deal of time diagnosing and giving me multiple options. The most important thing I felt from the visit was that he was truly honest and wanting to help. This is a sharp contrast to many companies who just want to sell you a product/service. Without coming out and saying so, the main feeling I got from Matt was that he was looking to make "customers for life" not just that day, or that problem, and so we will be continuing to use Upton Air as well as recommending them.

We have been using Upton Air for our HVAC service needs for over 3 years. The owner Matt H. is a true professional, very reliable, honest and pleasant. We once had our A/C go out during 100+ degree weather and Matt was there within a few hours to fix it. I highly recommend this company for the seasonal maintenance of your heating and air conditioning units!
