As previous owners of a local tavern, Scott and Kristin transitioned into the self storage industry to start a new adventure in June 2008. Building from the ground up and deciding not to be part of a large corporate establishment, they have continued to grow their own business with priority on the customer. Because of this, they now have over a decade of storage experience in St. Charles and have expanded their business by opening a second location a block from the first in January 2019. As the premier storage facility for several non-profits, small businesses, schools and churches, and community service organizations, Scott and Kristin have deep roots in St. Charles as lifelong residents themselves.
