Our founder was a Resident Assistant (RA) at Michigan Tech and witnessed the difficulty residents experienced managing laundry, cleaning and keeping up with college while living away from home. Most students living in university residence halls or off-campus housing live in an unclean and unhealthy environment - dirty clothes strewn across dorm rooms, rooms that have not been vacuumed for weeks and sometimes months. This is the inspiration behind Dorm Mom. Dorm Mom provides weekly laundry and cleaning services to college students, families, busy professionals and businesses.
