We at Floor Medic use the latest technology to clean upholstery. Delicate or tough, whatever the fabric, Floor Medic has the solution. We use HydraMaster's patented DriMaster Upholstery Tool. Using new Jetless Cleaning Technology, the solution is under constant flow, trained by the patented injector bar and slotted vacuum port system. The result is a highly effective cleaning tool that works without over wetting.

Our certified technicians use the hot water extraction method to remove dirt, grime, and allergens from your carpets. The hot water extraction method is the preferred carpet cleaning method recommended by most carpet manufacturers, including Shaw Industries, the largest carpet manufacturer in the world. Most carpet mills will not warranty carpet that has not been professionally "steam-cleaned" every 12-18 months. It is also recommended to reapply carpet protectant after the cleaning. Additional services such as carpet repair and restretching are also available.

We offer immediate response for for emergency water damage. Using high-volume extractors, we begin by removing as much water as possible, equipment is then put in place to aid in evaporation and dehumidification. Floor Medic uses the latest technology and equipment to return your home or business to a pre-loss condition. After everything is dry, we reinstall new padding if needed and have all affected floor and furnishings cleaned. We work with all insurance companies and will bill them directly.

Our technicians use diamond abrasives to hone and polish scratches from your stone. If caught soon enough, the floor may just need polishing. If there are deeper scratches from either wear or dragging furniture, they can be honed and polished to that like new condition. We also use specialty sealers to help protect from staining, etching and scratching. When mopping just won't make your floor look better, Floor Medic's process blasts away those dirty grout lines leaving the tile and grout in that like new condition.

Each rug is inspected for pre-existing conditions. The inspection takes place at our shop. We look for conditions that can be covered up with soils such as dye variations (abrash), staining, prior dye bleeding, wear and white knots. We will discuss any areas of concern with you. Abrash is color variation in the rug. This happens when the weaver runs out of wool to complete a rug, a new batch is taken that does not match the first batch, so you have what appears to be a stripe of a shade of different color that runs left to right.
