After other problems with this company (not coming by the time they had promised to come, knowing that coming later would cause us problems, and then behaving as if not keeping their word is just fine), they actually charged us to come back and fix their own error because we didn't notice it until just after their thirty day warranty expired! Any company that charges, ever, to fix what is indisputably their own error just plain sucks, and should be boycotted by everyone.
My house burnt down in a fire and I called neighborhood garage door services and spoke to customer service representative named Mandy. She was absolutely incredible. She felt sorry for what happened in my situation and did all she could do to fix my concern. I just got my springs replaced on my garage door 2 to 3 weeks ago and lost my house there after. They refunded me A portion of my cost. I would recommend this company to anyone. Thank you very much
Hello, So far it seems that the service my mother has received has been awful. Not sure of the "neighborhood" service providers are trying to take advantage of a senior citizen or if they just don't care to do a good job. My Mom needed a new spring and before she knew if she was quoted an entire package of "things" for over $1,400.00. Might not be bad if the work that was done was perfect but we have ongoing issues. First, they say the guy who did the actual work is no longer with the company. Then another guys said he didn't even think the springs were changed because they dont look like the springs they use and came back and changes them. The door does not operate properly and last guy who came said that what they did was the best they could do to fix the door and then he said my mom would not be successful in getting a good outcome because "they" have more money than my Mom. Sounds like others have has some great experiences. Wish we were one of them.
