The technician was confrontational, condescending, rude, and informed me if, at any point, he broke my appliance he wouldn't be responsible. When I called the office to complain, with him still in the house, he packed up and left. The receptionist was unprofessional, evasive and dismissive. Wouldn't even supply the name of the owner. That's right; when asked the name of the owner of the company, she refused to supply it.
My Samsung washer wasn't working, and I called Appliance Master on the recommendation of a friend. Glad I did! Got appointment quickly, and Derek diagnosed it correctly, ordered the right part, and installed it beautifully. He was friendly, professional, and careful to keep the area dry and clean. I'll go with Appliance Master in the future, and I am happy to recommend them!
