I came home from work to find my fridge not running. I have a lot of food that I store at any given time, so this put me into a panic! I left a text message at 1:45am hoping that maybe I could get a response as soon as possible. Cate called me around 8am and told me she would do her best to get me an appointment that same day. She called back in a few minutes to let me know they could squeeze me in between 12pm and 2pm the very same day! Brian came out (on time, within the 2-hour window) and helped me out. While he was there, I had him look at a burner on my stove that had not been working for years. This was all very easy for him to diagnose. Some parts were ordered, and now both my fridge and stovetop are working once again. The second visit was just as easy as the first. Thanks for the quick, friendly service!
