FixEm helped us with a broken washer machine. They took their time to really try and figure out the issue and were very honest about weighing the pros and cons of doing a full repair (for a still-unknown issue that would cost a lot of time and money to fully diagnose and try to fix but still may not work) vs replacing the unit (which we ultimately decided to do). I appreciated the care, professionalism, and consideration of our budget to help us make that call.

In a stroke of luck, we encountered a leaking French Door refrigerator, and to our delight, we were graced with the presence of Gabriel, our very own angel! Gabriel discovered a thick layer of ice obstructing the drain beneath the freezer drawers. Clearly, it was a daunting and laborious task, but Gabriel approached it with unwavering patience and diligence.
Not only did Gabriel address the immediate issue, but he also quickly reassured us that our refrigerator was in good working condition overall and would continue to perform reliably. Another good Customer Service organization. I'm a tenant and recently in less than a week I needed a dryer repair, duct cleaning and plumbing services. Terrance was the guy from FixEm who came to our home to troubleshoot our broken Dryer. ROCKSTAR. He didn't try to BS us with extras or add ons. He explained what was going on how he would fix things and if we wanted to DIY he offered to tell us how.
We went with a Terrance on the repair instead of DIY and glad we did. we would have wasted a whole lot of time. The control board was toast. Terrance explained how we were very lucky that it didn't get much worse than it was. I would highly recommend this outfit.
Remember folks Duct Cleaning down stream of your dryer may seem like a hassle but it can save you a lot more time and money in the long run possibly your life if there is a fire.

A little premature to give such a rating, I have faith that this group knows their stuff! We have a 12 year plus, 6 burner Thermador cooktop that I damaged when I took my eye off of a pan of hot oil. The starters on two burners went on to click non stop and one wouldn't work at all. Could it be saved? Who to call? After checking for recommendations, I found several referrals including Yelp, Diamond certified and a few of my acquaintances to call FixEm Appliance,
Calls returned promptly and service was attentive, detailed and educational. The skilled technician that helped us out, Terrance, was indeed a good communicator as well as a heck of a nice guy. Calls were made to us to advise us when to expect him, and he arrived on time as promised. Terrance works diligently and clean, he gets to the problem efficiently, like only a pro can do. He could explain things so that we understood, both the bad news and the good. One of the owners, Nathan, came twice to check things over too, explaining the fine points. We have enjoyed this appliance, the workhorse in the kitchen, and agreed that it was worth saving if they could find the parts-and they did! Several weeks later, (and a good sum of money later), my cooktop is back in super condition. I had forgotten how nice it can be to have everything working at the same time. Thanks FixEm, we appreciate you!
I have a 90 warranty and I I believe that we have found a winner here. I will have no hesitation recommending Nathan, Terrance and FixEm to anyone for all their appliance repair needs.

Nathan called me within hours of leaving a message. He spent 30 minutes on a Friday afternoon talking through possible solutions. We scheduled a home visit for Monday between 1 and 4.
Jose was assigned to our case. He texted me in the morning and kept me posted on his ETA. He arrived Monday early in the 4-hour window.
Jose fixed the dishwasher quickly. He was very professional and didn't try to upsell us on unnecessary replacements etc.
I would use FixEm again and recommend them without hesitation.

What a business! My washer gave a new error code. After messaging Moses, he actually took the time to explain the process, parts needed/labor costs etc. Instead of taking my $, he steered me to getting a new machine vs spending ~ $600 on repairs for a 10 year old clothes washer, for a maybe fix.
Good business model. Seemed very ethical and I felt he had my best interest at heart. THANKS

This is the first time we needed our LG washer repaired.
Jose D is wonderful- experienced skilled technician, very professional and cordial. Five stars for Jose's customer service***** After running diagnostics he informed us that we would need to replace the valve log, which he ordered for us, and returned a couple weeks later to install the replacement. If we ever need another appliance repaired, we will definitely call FixEm/Jose D.

Stove burners were not functioning properly and our repair guy was here in a day. Diagnosed the problem quickly and parts were on order . After about 3 weeks tech called and indicated one of the parts were unavailable through there normal resources and could be weeks or months which after my research he was right and not the fault of the fix-'em repair business. Can't write a bad review if its beyond their control. Found part on eBay, called dude and here as soon as he could squeeze me in. During repair one of the burner igniters broke due to rust and corrosion, again not repair dudes fault . Tech had extra parts with him and was able to harvest the parts he needed in his bag of tricks and poof! Like the magician he was got my stove working like a champ for a very reasonable price
