Ben Cameron out of Pooler GA was wonderful, quick and easy inspection. He was extremely friendly. A true pleasure dealing with him. The office staff was extremely friendly and helpful over the phone. They are a A++ in my book. Definitely recommend.

Third year but service started to be very unprofessional and disappointing.
- customers are treated with no respect, appointments changed without notification, agent throw the blame on us for things like carpenter bees and would not address the issue.
- we have big cockroaches issue now and they are everywhere in the house but still calling for over a week. They cancel the appointment without note even after I called the office to complain. I take the day of waiting for them to do the cockroaches treatment but they changed the appointment without letting me know!
- spider webs are everywhere around the house.
- we start to see bugs, flays and mosquitoes for first time in years coming into the house.
- I now doubt that they do the termite treatment right as I never note (like before) the containers are serviced.
- Service is getting bad in last year even tough they are not cheap comparing to other Atlanta providers.
very disappointing service.

I just want to take the time and show recognition and give a great great thank you to one of your technicians JD. I was on my way home from the hospital from seeing my father and ran out of fuel on the side of the road and JD did not hesitate to help he is such an awesome person and genuine and I just want to say thank you I do recommend this company not only because he helped us at a time of need but he was very knowledgeable and let us know the type of things they do and he's just a great awesome person I totally recommend these people

I bought a property in DeKalb county that wound up having a severe infestation in the kitchen. When I say severe, I'm not exaggerating. I had to buy new kitchen appliances because they were actually IN the appliances. Who knew that was a thing? Not I.
My sister recommended Northwest to me. By the time Mr Leon finished my initial assessment, he'd put my mind at ease. He was a well of knowledge and very friendly. He also found that I had an active wasp nest AND carpenter bees. When he left, I was confident that this property would be pest free. And it is.
I really appreciate the services provided. And I like that there is only one technician that we deal with. Leon is great at his job and he's definitely a big deal.

Our 2 acre yard used to be one fireant hill after another. You couldn't walk through it without being stung. We called Northwest Exterminating Company and they went right to work. They came by today to treat and couldn't find any mounds to treat. Awesome job guys! I highly recommend

Reasonably priced and polite technicians. Had trouble with termites and they came that day !!!
