Without edging along with them, they had to have a second visit to do the worki, and at an increased cost.

Added up to a little more than I expected, but a job well done! Better than the original install!!!! It would not have affected my decision, but I should have read the entire brochure and I wouldn’t have had the surprise charges! PLUS......a three year return and repair warranty!!!

Kevin called me immediately after submitting my request and was at my home 24 hours later to repair my carpet. He gave me an immediate estimate, send me all of his pricing information, and then followed through with quality work in repairing my master bedroom carpet. I'll definitely use him again!
