Our clean-cut pros will introduce themselves, ask where they would like the furniture to be placed (If anything in the way needs to be moved they will do so) and then proceed to complete the delivery. They will not bring dollies or equipment into the home unless authorized by the customer. Once in the designated area our men will unwrap the item and remove the pads.
