I had Stan come out this morning to clean my bedroom and office carpeting. He came right on time, was professional and friendly. My carpet looks almost new, and I put in in 20 years ago! Very reasonable quote, and he was very responsive. I recommend him highly!

Let me paint the scenario...cream wall to wall carpet and a large dog with occasional GI distress. Now that you can all feel my pain, I have to tell you I couldn't be happier with the service I got from Stan at SV Professional cleaning. Unfortunately I did not take before and after pics but my downstairs carpet had multiple areas of significant stains. I also had been putting off getting them cleaned so the stains were well established. Not only did the carpet look like a miracle had happened but Stan stood behind his work. Certain areas had the stains re-emerge when the carpet dried. Stan had educated me about that and said he would come back the next day if needed. True to his word, he came back and addressed the issue. Now I can smile instead of cringe when I walk into my home!

My least favorite things about getting a puppy is potty training. And yes, you guessed it, our new puppy decided to use various carpets within our home as a puppy pad! After several accidents, I used feature to message businesses via Yelp to discuss our carpet cleaning project. SV Professional Cleaning was the first to reply and answered all of my questions in a timely manner. We booked with them, received a confirmation detailing our services and an arrival window. SV called on the day of our service to let us know that they were 30 minutes away from our home.
We did 5 areas within our home with carpet (the minimum is $99 which covers 2 rooms or up to 400 sq feet) in addition to pet treatment. The cleaning itself took about 3.5 hours and our carpet looked brand spankin' new! SV was professional and efficient during the whole process. We were able to walk on our carpet immediately and it took approximately ~9 hours to dry completely.
We will definitely hire SV annually for the carpet cleaning service for our home!

They did a great job on our carpets, stairs, and kitchen grout. I’ve tried another steam cleaning franchise and was not satisfied, but I will have Stan back again. They showed up exactly on time took their time cleaning every inch of the floors.

I had this business come in to clean my carpet. I would say he did a pretty good job, as the carpet hadn't been cleaned in about 5 years. It's the type of high traffic carpet that hides dirt pretty well. There were only 2 spots where it was a bit more difficult to remove, but that was due to longevity of not being professionally cleaned. I would def recommend and they have pretty good rates!

I requested a quote for deep cleaning and bleach removal. Was given a quote of $300 ( $100 for carpet cleaning & $200 for bleach) Appt was booked in early May for late May. Company asked me what my deposit was on the apt. Still not understanding why that information is relevant.
Company arrived on time prepared to deep clean. Upon further inspection, the gentleman said he didn't know how to fix the bleach spots and that he'd have to get with another reputable business for some advice.
After deep cleaning the whole apt, two more bleach spots popped up in the bedroom which must've came from previous renter since those spots were not there when we did the initial walk through together. Based off of that alone, you can tell his deep cleaning services were great. We paid for the service of carpet cleaning and decided to use another service for the bleach fix.
After taking some time to look around and realizing our options were VERY limited, my husband reached back out to get another quote. He quoted $300 for the original bleach spots as well as the ones that surfaced in the bedroom after his deep clean service.
It's now been a few days and the rugs look great!After a fresh vacuum, they look exactly how they looked upon my move in. I'm extremely pleased with the service & customer service they provided. I will recommend to all my friends whom live in NOVA & would most likely order their services for my new apt in Woodbridge.

We were moving out of the apartment and called SV Professional to clean the carpet.
Stas, came on time and did the work perfect !
Took care of everything, didn't leave mess after his work.
After doing the cleaning, he spotted some bleached spots and said that I might have some issues with property management when I'll be moving out - he was right, I did.
I called him again and him came the next day and painted the spots, after what my management co omg approved the work !
I saved a lot of money and the guy was honest and transparent with everything !
