The Greener Cleaner started twelve years ago when I was pregnant with our daughter, Hannah. At the time my husband Mike had a traditional carpet cleaning company. For the first time in my life, I started to question the ingredients of everything that came into our home since I would soon have a little one of my own. I did a lot of research on what was actually in traditional carpet cleaning chemicals and did not like what I found! VOC's, pesticides, and synthetic fragrances were not ingredients that we wanted in our home with a little one on the way, so we made some big changes and became Michigan's first non-toxic carpet and upholstery cleaning company!
