We signed our pool contract in late February with Lance. We wanted to start our pool on our close date of 3-23. Mason and April literally had the crew at our house to start the dig on 3-24! We used a different pool company for our last pool, and were definitely pleasantly surprised by the swift process with Outdoor Living! They were very thorough and responsive throughout entire process. In the last month, we hit a bit of a standstill due to weather delays for plaster company, unforeseen complications related to the remodel of our house etc. Yet, I begged Mason and Lance to get us swimming by Memorial Weekend! They did not disappoint! Mason and April had plaster guys at our house at 6:30am Sat morning, started filling the pool that afternoon and we had a full pool Sun afternoon! We couldn't be any happier with the way the process went or with the final result! Its Memorial Day and we have a beautiful (full) pool that we spent time as a family admiring all weekend! Thanks to Lance, Mason and April for going above and beyond to make our dreams a reality! I couldn't recommend them any higher! A great experience from start to finish!
Mike and Mason did a fantastic job on our pool! We had a pool prior; however, this was the first time building. I met with ten pool companies and Mike was the only one who gave us an estimate and images within 24 hours. Only company who shows you how the money is being spent. The owner even showed up at our home to introduce himself. The construction process was done in a short amount of time and any issues were fixed. Mason did a great job keeping us updated. We are truly happy with our new pool and would recommend this company for any outdoor project.
We were referred to Outdoor Living by 3 of our friends who used them. After receiving bids from about 6 other pool companies, we decided to go with Outdoor Living and put in an entire backyard; pool, kitchen, covered arbor and fireplace. We are very satisfied with the result. Working with Lance during the sales process was easy and straight forward with no pressure. If an issue came up during construction it was handled quickly and professionally until it was done right and we were completely satisfied.
