5+ stars. I was extremely pleased with the work that was done on my Persian rugs. Lets see: fresh smell, clean/bright look, raised nap, and more. The processnew to mewas really minimally invasive and did not soak the rugs or floors. Later, I will send the rugs out, one at a time, for hand washing and finishing. Customer service was superior: everything moved along smoothly.
All the folks I worked with at SOUTH SHORE CHEM-DRY were courteous, efficient, and personable. I heartily recommend this business, which I dont do lightly as I am particular about services. Thank you!

I made an appointment with the office. They are very easy to deal with, very responsive and professional. Brian who cleaned the rugs was prompt. He explained the process, its necessary to bring in the steaming equipment for cleaning, I live in a condo complex and it is difficult to access but he was able to with no problem. He did a thorough job. Brian and the entire company are great and I would use them again. They use green chemicals so I was happy and prices seem reasonable

Dave and Brian cleaned several area rugs in the house and got the pet and party stains out. On several hand knotted rugs they somehow brought back the brilliance and color in them. They look brand new. Service was over the top. Services General carpet cleaning, Pet stain and odour removal

From scheduling to arrival they were total pro's. Our sofa is a pricey custom canvas and they did a beautiful job of cleaning. No weird smell after from cleaning either which I've experienced from other wet type cleaners. Highly recommend Services Upholstery cleaning, Area rug cleaning

After finding out last minute that we were having friends come to see our home for the first time, I knew that I had to call South Shore Chem-Dry. Dave and Brian did an amazing job cleaning our hardwood floors. Brian went above and beyond and even cleaned our front porch (which was covered in pollen). It was completely unexpected! Dave told us that Brian didnt want anyone tracking in pollen on our freshly cleaned floors.
This goes to show that they truly care about what they do and their customers. I love supporting local businesses, but it can be hard to find one that provides good customer service. South Shore Chem-Dry does not disappoint! I would strongly recommend them for all your cleaning needs. You wont be sorry!

We bought a new reclining couch and one of the cats decided to mark his territory multiple times. We called South Shore Dry Chem and got a quick response and appointment. Dave came out and immediately put as at ease that the horrible odor we thought was permanent, would be gone when he is done. He told us he would continue to retreat the area until the odor is gone no matter how long it takes. Fortunately for us, the initial few treatments did the trick! Dave is such a hardworking, likable guy, that we felt like wed known him forever! He is someone wed highly recommend to anyone that needs any type of cleaning job done. We are so grateful to Dave!

I have been a client of South Shore Chem-Dry for nearly 30 years. I won't consider using any other cleaner for my rugs. I've gone from wall to wall in my home to now numerous area rugs. The cleaning process has been the best with either type of floor covering. Through regular cleanings or emergency pet issues, Dave and Karen have always responded efficiently and professionally. For the past two years, South Shore Chem Dry has been cleaning my carpets. I cannot say enough about the quality of service at a very reasonable price. I have cats and Dave will spend the extra time cleaning the stains on my carpet. My floors look beautiful after he is done. Recently I had my bedroom carpet cleaned.it had not been done in many years and it is a light color. Dave made it look like new. I highly recommend South Shore Chem Dry! You will not be disappointed.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. My very large sectional and white bedroom carpet look brand new! My dog has not even jumped on the couch, it smells so new!
