Michael has been working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro since 2002. He began in Sales and Marketing, but in 2009 he transferred into an Estimating position. Michael's favorite part of this job is being able to apply his artistic background to his everyday work. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Restoration, Carpet Cleaning, Applied Structural Drying, Applied Microbial Remediation, and Fire Restoration. He also has the Federal Lead Renovator and Subrogation certifications. Kim began working for SERVPRO of Jonesboro in 2009 as our Administrative Assistant.
