Potelco offers full-service street lighting maintenance, repair, design, and installation services. Our team is able to provide timely and complete service while leading the industry in troubleshooting and repairing even the most complex problems. Our fleet includes specialized "lamplighter" trucks that have become an industry standard in performing preventative maintenance in the most reliable way with the least impact on traffic and customers. As technology advances, our crews are able to keep up with the demand for converting street lights to LED lights.
We have worked on a diversity of railroad projects throughout the country for nearly two decades. Our success has made us the ‘go to' electrical and fiber-optics contractor for some of the largest railroads in the nation. Potelco rebuilt the electrical system in the Steven's Pass Railroad tunnel, the longest rail tunnel in North America. In addition, we've completed crossing upgrades, pole change-out programs, high voltage cable installations, fiber-optics installations and entire rail yard system rebuilds.
Keeping the lights on is a commitment we take very seriously at Potelco. We share a responsibility with all our clients to do everything we can to safely perform our work without interrupting power. We have years of experience in performing energized distribution work and a proven record of avoiding customer outages using time tested, industry best practices. In addition, Potelco can perform a wide range of transmission construction and maintenance projects using specialized work practices in conjunction with our proprietary Robotic Arm.
