We started by working for friends and neighbors and quickly built the business from there, primarily through word of mouth. Upon moving into the Highland neighborhood in Beaverton, it didn't take long to become known as the "neighborhood plumber." Since then, we have grown our customer base substantially, but have never taken our eye off the goal of "Excellence in all Things." Shelly and Oscar both started off their adult lives in very different fields than plumbing. Oscar got a degree in English in the Philippines and Shelly in Social Work and Elementary Education in Wisconsin and Minnesota respectively.

If you own a home that is over 40 years old, there is a good chance that the supply lines in your home are galvanized pipes or zinc-coated iron pipes. As these pipes age, they deteriorate. The result is the formation of rust. When you see the deterioration process begin, evidenced by decreased water pressure, rust debris interfering with the operation of your faucets and shower valves, or discoloration of your water it is best to upgrade to a better plumbing system. If your home has CPVC waterlines which were mostly used in the 1980s and 1990s, these pipes become brittle with age.
