Last week they did our Septic tank and yesterday unclogged our kitchen drain…Are we satisfied? HECK yes! They are professional in the home, super friendly and polite, fast and pricing upfront and more than fair. They even gave up a military discount both visits. I would use them again without any reservation

Ok, I don't normally leave reviews, but after today's service with Cole & Eli, I am. Plumbers, handyman (and women) and any manual labor service goes under valued and under appreciated these days. Let me tell you....it's SUPER APPRECIATED! First of all I talked with a woman (I'm so sorry I don't recall your name) who asked me questions I had no idea how to answer, but she got me scheduled for a tech to come out because 💩 was real at the house. I called back after I got some answers to the initial questions and talked with Nick. He gave me his expert opinion that the septic needed to be pumped so that's what we started with. Eli & Cole came out (looking like they are working on summer break outta HS) to deal with it all. And they actually called when they were on the way, just like I was told they would!!! 😮 They jumped and got to work. Before long, there was some noise in the house and the toilets emptied !!! Y'all that noise was like angels burping and singing hallelujah! They explained all the issues and it was good to go!! So in the end, they actually saved me money and time by recommending where to start with my plumbing & septic issues! I will definitely use them again and before the 💩 hits the fan!

EVERYTHING!! What a fabulous experience. I first spoke with Joyce for an appointment. She was so sweet and helpful. She called back with a time someone was coming, within the hour. Jeff came and had the job done in less than an hour. Jeff was so professional and polite that we will only call him now. GREAT EXPERIENCE. Thank you Mac.

MAC Plumbing has some great people serving our community. Special thanks to Adam and Brandon for coming out to my place and replacing my water heater. It was a pain in the keester but those boys did a great job and were professional and generally great to be around. Would recommend MAC and their crew anytime! Thank again MAC !!

Great job by Brian and Branden 👍 they told me exactly how much the cost would be upfront and explained everything before starting the work.
I would highly recommend this company for any plumbing job on your home.
The work of Brian and Branden was outstanding give those guys a pay raise.

They performed a 3 handle shower valve change out to a single valve and also put in a new stopper for the tub. Very professional and polite. Jeff arrived on time and got the job done. Very pleased with the quality of work and workmanship. Very reasonably priced. Will call again for future work.

We had an appliance package installed today in our home. The installation team failed to install our refrigerator properly, and there was a pretty bad leak that made its way into our basement. It soaked through several ceiling tiles, covering our floor as well as part of our basement sofa and Lovesac beanbag. We just purchased this home a couple months ago and aren’t from the area. So, I just Googled 24-hour plumbers and Mac Plumbing popped with a review of 4.9/5. Within an hour or so, Adam was at our door! We were so happy with how friendly he was, not to mention the fact that he fixed our issue quickly and made us feel reassured. He was very informative! We chatted with Adam a bit before he left and got a business card. Mac Plumbing will definitely get our business in the future, should we need anything!
