We recently finished our basement and part of that project was the installation of a new bathroom. However, because of existing plumbing problems, this turned into a much bigger project than we had anticipated. But thanks to Tommy's plumbing and communications skills a difficult problem became manageable. His skills as a master plumber are excellent, but what we really appreciated was his up front communications skills. Tommy stuck with the job, worked well with other contractors on site and completed the job on schedule.
