The Bay Architects was established in 1980 by James Novosel to serve residential, commercial and institutional clients in the East Bay. As principal of the Bay Architects, James Novosel has extensive experience in planning, urban design, architectural design and environmental design research. We have management experience on a wide range of design projects providing the expertise to coordinate and complete complex projects on schedule and within budget. The Bay Architects offers a full range of planning and architectural design services representing the complete design cycle, including: programming, community outreach, architectural and urban design, planning, construction documents, construction administration, and facility analysis.
