We worked with Brendan for two full bathroom remodels in 2018 and 2022 respectively. We HIGHLY recommend him and his company. Communication, professionalism, reliability, attention to detail, thoroughness and personal attention to each part of the project are hallmarks of how he works with clients. With both remodels, we found that he gave us a fair and reasonable quote and continually kept an eye to the budget and quickly communicated with us if he anticipated significant variations to make sure we understood what was happening at every stage of the project. We also worked with an interior designer and Brendan worked seamlessly with the designer to make sure that they were on the same page and that he was continually clear on what the design plan was, and again, took the time to confer with the designer if he had any questions before proceeding with any installations.
Brendan listens to his clients and clearly takes pride in his work. For example, over four months after the job was completed, I reached out to him regarding a concern about the shower valve and its seemingly limited ability to increase the water temperature. He responded quickly and made the time to come back to the house and adjust the shower to reach a higher water temperature. To me, that was a clear indicator of the care and pride that he has in his projects, and his attentiveness to his clients, past or present! We happily refer him to friends and family who are looking for a great, responsible and reliable general contractor.

Brendan and his team were absolutely amazing from start to finish. We had just bought a home in Charlestown and had about 10 different things we wanted to do (add kitchen to first floor, update kitchen on 2nd floor, redo floors, take out baseboard heating, the list goes on and on). Brendan gave us a detailed plan with estimates and timelines, and throughout the project (and our many changed requests) he was responsive, efficient, timely and updated us on any budget changes before doing them. Most importantly, everything looks incredible! His attention to detail is unmatched. We will definitely be hiring him again. THANK YOU BRENDAN!!!

From estimate to final walk through my experience was easy, transparent, quality of work was excellent and complete with the right amount of attention to detail. They make it easy to work with and I was dealing with a big insurance claim that resulted in a complete kitchen remodel and basement remodel. Brendan was very responsive, clear and flexible when we needed. This was our only ever kitchen and basement renovation and we were nervous and anxious as it was completley gutted and remodeled and I had trouble picturing how it would all come together. I was pleasantly surprised at the quality of materials and Brendan was able to expedite things for us and get them done ahead of schedule. You can't beat that with a contractor! I would comfortable recommend them and use them again myself if I ever needed additional work done. He's a safe strong pick if your looking for a contractor.
