When we first started out, the service was excellent, so there is that. In the fall of this past year, they really went downhill in a hurry. We have a locked gate to our back yard because we have small children and don't want people coming through for their safety. They had a note on our account stating they needed to call 24 hours in advance for the sole purpose of having the gate unlocked. They continuously did not do this and we were not getting serviced because of this. Also, you may want to make sure they are actually doing your full lawn. I am a stay at home mom and was home for our last service. My vehicle is in the garage for easier access with the kids. Apparently the technician did not think I was home and only did the front. We called and spoke with Chad on Feb 17 about this. He stated he would talk with a he technician and follow up. I noticed our account was charged. I called today, 11 days later after no follow up to see why I was charged without resolving the situation. Chad answered the phone. He stayed the technician supplied pictures to him of our back yard. How easy it must be to unlock a gate and take pictures of a yard without servicing it. And why were we never contacted before being charged. Needless to say, cancelled the service. All we got was a confirmation email that the service was cancelled. They don't honor their double money back guarantee, or at least didn't offer it. Don't waste time or money like we did for a year and a half. Cheaper isn't always better, lesson learned.
