As President and founding principal of Spencer - Pierce Architects, Inc. Bo is chief client liason, responsible for overall project planning, conceptual design, and coordination of project teams and quality control. Since establishing Spencer Group Architects Inc., Bo has helped lead the firm's success, shaped its reputation for exceptional client service, developed excellent relations with the construction community and consistently demonstrated comprehensive technical expertise. He now brings the same to SPA+I.

Through nearly 300 state and local chapters, the AIA advocates for public policies that promote economic vitality and public wellbeing. Members adhere to a code of ethics and conduct to ensure the highest professional standards. The AIA provides members with tools and resources to assist them in their careers and business as well as engaging civic and government leaders and the public to find solutions to pressing issues facing our communities, institutions, nation and world.

Help the client understand and develop an overall assessment of facility needs including allocations of square footage and potential development costs.
