JRM Architects, Inc., was founded by James R. (Jim) Merriman in 1990. He is currently the sole architect in the firm which affords optimal, professsional attention to each client's unique design and specifications at reasonable rates. Jim was licensed in 1975 and practiced in both large and small architectural firms before incorporating JRM Architects. His goal on any project is to use his skills and cumulative experience to translate the dreams and ideas of each client into the ultimate space. JRM Architects provides architectural drawings and coordination of engineers to meet approval and permitting requirements for single-family residences, commercial construction and build-outs, multi-family housing, remodels and additions.
