Law III, customers will experience more than just quality flooring products and services.
In 1922 Mr. John Cecil Law, Jr. opened his unique flooring store in downtown Norfolk, serving local customers and the surrounding areas. In those days, he would ride his bike and carry the adhesive used to install the floors on the bike handles. Following in his Grandfather's footsteps, Jack Law III opened a second store in 1972, in Virginia Beach, VA. As the business grew, they recruited a number of their fellow installers. They soon expanded the retail business with the development of commercial and new home-builder relationships that have continued throughout the years.
With over four generations of experience, Carpets by J.C. Law III is the name to trust for all of your flooring needs. We provide our customers with the most modern flooring options on the market, as well as traditional products they know and love. Our showroom displays a large variety of our flooring samples to choose from. Our customers' satisfaction is at the core of our business, which is why our installation, refinish, repair and overall floor maintenance are designed to reach beyond their expectations.
