LEAP Architecture

Architecture is our vehicle for social, environmental and economic betterment. We are passionate about working with great clients-clients who care-clients making a difference in the world. LEAP is a small firm with big ideas and measurable results. We deliver outcomes for our clients that builders can't, that larger firms can't. LEAP taps into the essence of a project; the really important bits that show up between words people use to describe their wants. We create healthy spaces that quietly meet energy reduction goals while surpassing the needs of our clients.

Architecture is very personal to me. I design every space with the perspective of-Would I want to work here? Would I want my family to live here? I feel so much responsibility designing spaces that profoundly effect people's lives and livelihoods. I founded LEAP Architecture to do business the way I want to. I strive to be socially and environmentally responsible, to be fair and respectful to clients and vendors, and to provide a good life for me and my family. Eric Davenport is a registered architect in New York State and a member of the American Institute of Architects.
