Our firm was established in 2005 to bridge a gap that often exists between the builder and the client. Our past experience working as a Designer for a local Design-Build Contractor gives us a unique perspective in working with both the builder and client. We can work in "partnership" with the builder to reach all the client's goals both aesthetically and financially. We have developed relationships with many area builders, and therefore we can advise the client as to "what to expect" in working with a builder.
