My parents owned a boutique that sold blinds and window treatments, so you could say I grew up in the business. Eventually, while simultaneously attending college at Grand Valley State University, I helped create and then led in-home consulting for their store. I really enjoyed working with people in their homes while helping them find great window fashion solutions. The rest is history. I ultimately ended up starting Window Fashions by Michele in 1998. Since opening my doors for business, I have thrived by staying up on all the latest trends and products, being lucky to rep some of the best names in the industry.
