Every Liliput' crew is directly supervised by an onsite crew leader, and all crews are routinely monitored by a maintenance supervisor. In addition, Liliput' owners Erik and Brian McMorrow regularly visit all maintenance sites, following up with both clients and crews to assure that all needs are being met in a timely and professional fashion.
