He did a great job. He couldn't come the same day (wasn't an issue) but showed up the next day right on time. He repaired the door lock, oiled it etc and was out within 45 minutes. Very professional and explained what he did. I would definitely hire him again.

I can't say enough good things about Jeff Gater- My front door lock just stopped working one day as I was leaving the house for work- he respond promptly to my call- and made himself available to meet me when it worked around my schedule- he was able to repair the problem within 20 minutes- I am so grateful for him- Am hoping I never need a locksmith again, but if I do, I know who I will be calling!

Jeff Gater provides old-school service for classic and modern locks. With only a day's notice he arrived when he said he was going to - a rarity in the trades - and re-keyed and replaced multiple doorknobs for us today. From installing a keypad door deadbolt to re-keying several doorknobs, he took the time to resolve problems we weren't even aware we had like a door not closing all the way. He even patiently trained us on how to program the digital deadlock. Once underway we quickly realized other doorknob issues we wanted him to resolve and he ticked them off one after the other. He exceeded all of our expectations and I highly recommend him!
