Designer Tub & Tile warranties, for chipping and peeling only, the surfaces of bathtubs and wall tile reglazed by us in owner occupied housing for a period of 5 years providing the customer has maintained the surface as recommended. During the first 2 years, repairs due to defects in material or workmanship will be made free of charge. During the balance of the warranty period there will be a charge of 50% of the cost for the required service. Rust, corrosion, spot repairs, and all other surfaces are not warranted.
