Our large corner lot was transformed from a common place to a tropical paradise all thanks to Terrascape Creative Landscaping. Andres Avelar listened to our ideas as well as offering excellent suggestions for the overall plan. His team is hard working, neat, friendly, and cooperative. Once our project was complete Andres came back to our house to answer our questions we had about the plants, i.e., pruning, watering, etc. It was a pleasure working with this company and we highly recommend them.

We chose TerraScape for our landscaping upgrade and Megan was our contact. Working with her was easy and a pleasure. The crew supervisor CJ and his crew were also easy to work with and went beyond what the plan called for, when our front wall layout was changed to make it more visually appealing. The supplies used even exceeded what was called for without extra expense. They also power washed some of the landscaping blocks we already had and they refused them at the side of the house and rear of our new bird cage. The work was completed five weeks ago and they still are following up on some plantings or details they couldn’t take care of earlier i.e. remove tie strap on Sylvester Palm, etc. Can’t wait for the plantings to mature and produce their colors”.

In June I sent you a letter about some specific concerns regarding the maintenance of our yard. Today I’m please to say I’m writing to thank you for addressing each of them and especially for replacing the sod that died. The character you showed by taking responsibility will not go unrewarded. I will continue recommending Terrascape to others and look forward to hiring your company for more landscape work in the future.
The rose bushes are looking much better now that they are being properly dead headed weekly. The sprinkler heads were cleared of debris and weeds are being tended to weekly.
Bonnie has been key to our yard looking as good as it does today. She is always upbeat and ready to help. She is very knowledgeable and I have come to rely on her expertise. It is refreshing to work with someone of her professional caliber.

We just wanted to say ‘thanks’ for the beautiful landscaping you and your crew did for us. We are so pleased and have gotten many compliments. We appreciated the willingness of Andres to listen to our ideas as to what we wanted and then put them into his design. After the initial meeting, we even changed our minds about a couple of things in the plan and Andres worked with us until it was just what we envisioned. Everyone was very nice, from the people in the office, to the crew. All of whom worked very hard. We are pleased that once the job was started, they came every day until the job was completed. All in all, it was a very good experience and we are very happy with the outcome.
