Sure, they may be a great company and all, but their salesman Martin Salazar and his sister Lisa Salazar are disingenuous liars and thieves. After renting a house from them for 5 years they sold the house and chose not to inform us, even though Lisa had told me personally that she would give us as much notice as possible, as she knew full well that my wife was battling cancer and going through chemotherapy, ultimately having her stomach removed. Wr paid the March rent on time at the first of the month, only to have the new owner knock on the door on the 21st to say get out., and they had known since November. The house sold, so there is no reason not to return our $650 deposit. My calls, texts, and registered letter have all been unanswered, so I'm reaching out anyway that I can. Maybe you make big bucks on fat commission's out there but $650 is significant money in our little life. Surely you can come up with $650 from the procedes of the sale.
